These Terms govern your use of the Bible Hz app and the biblehz.com website (the “Services”), provided by Miao Technologies LLC. By using Bible Hz, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Bible Hz

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract.

2. The service

Bible Hz plays Bible passages read aloud over calming frequencies and ambient sound, with features like “Ask the Bible,” moods, daily verses, and saved readings.

Not medical advice. Bible Hz frequencies and sounds are for rest and devotion. They are not a medical or therapeutic treatment, do not cure or diagnose any condition, and are not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health condition, consult a doctor.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Bible Hz is free to download; full access requires a paid subscription, billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the plan's then-current price.
  • Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's policies; we do not process payments directly.

4. License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Bible Hz. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the audio or content, or use the Services unlawfully or in any way that harms them.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, audio recordings, and the Bible Hz brand are owned by us or used under license. Bible translations are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

6. Your content

Questions you type or speak are used to give you a response and improve the service, in line with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you submit.

7. App stores

Your use is also subject to Apple's and Google's terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services or their support; you and we acknowledge they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent applicable.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
